The County of Venango is requesting letters of interest from consulting firms interested in providing engineering services for the National Bridge Inspection Standards (N.B.I.S.) Program. The Engineer will be responsible for the inventory and inspection of bridges on public roads within Venango County, pursuant to the requirements set forth in Federal Highway Administration regulations implementing the provisions of the Federal-Aid Highway Acts and amendments thereto, as set forth in the applicable provisions of Title 23 of the United States Code.
