requirements, Venango County
is providing a summary of
its Neighborhood
Stabilization Program 2
(NSP2) Application for Funds
Proposal– under the American
Recovery and Reinvestment
Act of 2009 (ARRA). Project
detailed inside the
application will be funded
only if
Venango
County
receives an award of NSP2
Funds from HUD. The final
application will be
submitted to HUD on or
before July 17, 2009.
