Overview of Service
Legal services provide education, counseling, and training to individuals on a variety of legal matters that older adults are confronted with in regards to benefits, rights, wills, and taxes. Assistance may be provided by an attorney or non-lawyer. There is no fee associated with this service.

Counseling on legal matters, including health care, long term care, nutrition, housing, utilities, protective services, wills, guardianship, and other matters may be provided by an attorney or non-lawyer to older adults with economic or social needs.
